The View Cafe indoor and outdoor space is available for private hire, with use of a marquee. Please fill out the below form if you wish to enquire about making a booking:

1. A £50 non refundable deposit is payable upon agreed date and times of event.

2. Cancellations must be made in writing, if cancellations are made within 2 weeks prior to the event 50 % of the total invoice is payable by you.

3. Notification of any changes must be given no later than 7 days prior to your event.

4. All car parking areas may be used, any cars left overnight will be at owners risk.

5. No confetti, food or alcohol to be brought onto Mapplewell Meadows Farm.

6. All drinks outside will be served in disposal glasses for health and safety purposes. Only glassware will be provided inside the View Café and last orders will be at 11pm.

7. All music to be concluded by 10.30pm.

8. Any event with 50 guests or more security is required, this charge is extra to the hire of the venue.

9. If any rubbish or decorations is left on site a clean up charge will be applied.
