Should you choose The View Café for your wedding venue and to avoid disappointment please ensure we have the date and time available before booking the registrar. Once confirmed a non refundable deposit of £350 will be taken (this must be paid within 3 days) and the remaining balance to be paid no less than 14 days prior, to finalise your ceremony.

The cancellation of any ceremony must be made in writing, if the cancellation is within 14 days prior to the ceremony 50% of the total cost is payable.

Any amendments must be submitted no later than seven days prior to your ceremony.

To protect grounds and minimize clean up no confetti is to be used

Due to The Woodland and The Picnic location being outdoors we do depend on weather conditions, rain, wind, snow or temperature’s less than 16 degrees we have no alternative than to change the ceremony location to the The Marquee or The View Café.

All car parking areas are available for your use, it is essential that the reserved area is kept clear all times for the registrars

Any individual found with their own food or alcoholic beverages (unless authorised) will be asked to dispose of it immediately before entry or continued stay.

All drinks outside will be served in disposal glasses for health and safety purposes. Glassware will only be allowed inside The View Café and for the toasting of the bride and groom.

Bar sales and music is not permitted after 11pm, unless a specific extension has been pre-arranged and is in place
